Resumen
Telework is a tool that allows many workers around the world to perform their work duties from home. Telework entails a new organizational form of work, raised as a generator of solutions to certain problems, such as environmental pollution, congestion, scarcity of work space in organizations and high fixed costs, mitigation of psychosocial risk factors, reducing travel commuting, etc. However, the central theme of this monograph is focused on the analysis of Telework as a primary intervention measure to mitigate psychosocial risk factors. To this end, a systematic review of the literature was carried out in connection with the concept of Telework and Psychosocial Risk Factors, which were contrasted with the results of the batteries applied in three organizations (two companies in the service sector and one in the mining sector), which subsequently showed how Telework contributes to risk mitigation from an occupational health and psychosocial perspective.
