Guía de Implementación de un aplicativo web para la elaboración de memorias de cálculo de cables y canalizaciones eléctricas en baja y media tensión, ajustado a la norma NFPA 70, en la empresa Seringtec S.A.S.

Abstract

In the consulting company Seringtec S.A.S., in particular in its electrical area, different situations have been presented that go against its quality policies in the elaboration of the driver calculation memory, which is elaborated by a tool designed in Excel by the company, generating delay in the delivery times established in the work plan of each project and some non-conformities by the client. In addition, on some occasions, the technical criteria for the calculation and selection of conductors and electrical channels established by the electrical area have been met. An analytical tool was applied to detect the causes, resulting in the need to technify the process by implementing a more robust, reliable and easy-to-apply tool, which meets the technical and quality needs of the company for the elaboration of the calculation memory. The application will be designed on the Sharepoint platform, which is where the company has condensed all the project information and the final product of this will be the calculation memory document in Excel format, which must be below the quality standards established by the company and especially by the electrical area.
