Abstract

The territory of the rural area of Ciudad Bolívar is affected by contexts that generate environmental effects, such as garbage disposal, mining extraction, emissions of particulate matter, generation of offensive odors, in the territory surrounding the corresponding industry. Being the path of Mochuelo Bajo, a starting point for the academy to analyze actions that allow mitigating effects on the population, in terms of fly vector and non-compliance due to offensive odors.

It is essential to be able to maintain, recover, and reforest the areas that make up the micro-basins that supply our territory with species appropriate for it and that exchange environmental and ecological connectivity that helps mitigate the impacts generated by economic and disposal activities.

Allowing, the process of taking advantage of the water resource that the institution has allows to complement the water demand in school time, with the implementation of equipment and technical tools that allow a normative and technical process according to the guidelines of the environmental law
