Abstract

INVENTARIOS Y AVALÚOS VALORACIONES EMPRESARIALES LTDA is a company devoted to providing comprehensive solutions consulting and advisory business valuation and intangible assets, valuation of inventories and fixed assets, specialized audits and specialized assessments, carried out some activities for Occupational Health; nevertheless, does not have a Design Management System for Safety and Health at Work, why it was necessary to list all processes and activities that have to do with the health of workers. A diagnosis of the current situation of the company in order to assess their current state against the Colombian legal framework for the effective implementation was performed. Then the collection of information was used by surveys to employees and senior management, and distribution tables were conducted by age group, gender distribution, for schooling and processes carried out in order to build a profile that would establish a better diagnosis of working conditions, Health and Safety within the enterprise. Besides taking the matrix of risk factors and the PDCA cycle as the main tools in the investigation, allowed to perceive more clearly the needs that are faced by employees in their daily work, the above focused primarily on the prevention and control effective health and industrial safety of both employees and employers while this contributes to the improvement of their working conditions and environment within the industry. A series of occupational risks were found among the higher is the risk of ergonomic and psicolaboral type, so one recommendation is to use personal protection.
