Plan de Emergencia para la Empresa Frigorífico y Plaza de Ferias de Zipaquirá (Cundinamarca)

Abstract

This document includes the formulation of the emergency plan for the Company “Refrigerator and Trade Fair of Zipaquirá (EFZ)”, which was designed based on the Guide to prepare emergency and contingency plans, issued by FOPAE (Prevention and Emergency Support Fund) currently known as IDIGER (District Institute for Risk Management and Climate Change). In general, this plan contains basic information about the company, the risk analysis according to the identified hazards, the proposal of the organizational scheme for the attention of emergencies, the action plans defined according to the complexity within the organization, the inventory of resources available for emergency care, the contingency plans necessary according to the prioritization of scenarios, and finally a proposal of activities framed in the training program; all with the aim of establishing protocols to act promptly and timely in the event of emergency situations that may arise in the company.
