Resumen
Under the idea of supporting micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), this paper focuses on developing a model for the implementation of e-commerce in the hardware sector in Bogota, where a prototype is presented through the application of the model that will provide support to these businesses, by showing the current status of the same, in relation to the possibility of implementing e-commerce as a sales option in their operations. It should be noted that, in cases where the state of the businesses is adverse and does not allow the implementation of the e-commerce strategy, an alternative proposal will be presented, consisting of a panel of advice and proposals that merchants could take into consideration to make possible the implementation of e-commerce in the operation of their business in the future.
