Diseño de un plan estratégico de seguridad vial para transportes Horeb para el Año 2018

Abstract

Actually, traffic accidents are considered a priority in the country’s itinerary because it is one of the main causes of deaths and disabilities worldwide. Therefore the General Assembly of The United Nations (UN) stablishes a series of recommendations to the countries in order to mitigate this problem. In addition, to the Assembly´s recommendations and the obligations stablished by colombian transit law. Colombia formulates a series of decrees and resolutions for the design and implementation of the strategic road safety plans with the object of promote safe habits, behaviors and safety conducts that involves whole the actors in the way. In some way allows integrate the strategic road safety plans with the occupational safety and health management system as the Resolution 1111 of 2017 obliges. Considering that it is a high impact issue, it is designed the strategic road safety plan for transports Horeb which is an organization dedicated to transport aggregate material (construction minerals) by road with the objective to effort their actions in promotion and prevention of health and safety work.The design consists of 3 phases. First is a diagnostic about the present conditions of safety road. Second stablishes a custom design of the strategic plan and third is an implementation proposal.
