Resumen
This work contains the proposal of action plans and improvement based on the review of the quality management process, management of coexistence and participation and academic and curricular management, which make up the quality management system of the School Andres Escobar, the first one related to the timely attention of complaints, suggestions or recommendations through the institution's suggestion box because this figure is not formally established in the school, the second refers to the formation of the association of alumni and subsequent follow-up To the graduates of the institution, since there are already a number of five hundred thirty-one (531) graduating students. And the third related to the follow-up of the program of the 5'S from the implementation of the program Zero Waste. Taking into account the measurement of indicators, fishbone diagram (Ishikawa methodology) and measuring instruments that allow the identification of the weaknesses found in each process evaluated. Reference is made to the Colombian technical guide (GTC-200) designed for educational establishments that intend to follow the guidelines of the ISO-9000 standards of quality; Hence the need to generate corrective and preventive actions that lead to propose strategies for improvement in the short and medium term. All of the above with the aim of promoting a quality academic and administrative service for the educational community.
