Pasantía en la Empresa INGERDICON S.A.S - Obra Portón Buenavista - Estructura en Concreto Armado

Abstract

INGERDICON S.A.S company dedicated to providing services in the construction sector is currently linked to the gate Buenavista project as contractor of reinforced concrete structure. In order to support the monitoring and quality control in the construction process, the company accepts the internship agreement with the University Francisco José de Caldas through student Elizabeth Melo Salamanca, responsible for carrying out the work as an assistant engineering. This report begins with an overview of the company INGERDICON S.A.S, outlining important part of his career at the national level in the development of construction projects. Then, a short presentation of the residential project, revealing its location, the contracting entity and contractor in the structure area is performed. On the other hand, the administrative and technical activities in the work are exposed. In this space a more detailed description of the various construction phases of the building is done, as the area of ​​greatest participation within the assigned tasks. Finally, the difficulties they had the greatest influence on quality and yields from the technical point of view, giving rise to an action plan developed by the intern are presented.
