Comprender las Disputas para Territorializar la Paz: Propuestas para la Paz Territorial a partir de la Experiencia de la Zona de Reserva Campesina de Cabrera.

Abstract

Due to the characteristics of the conflict in the country, strongly related to the political and social conditions in the rural sector, some of the bets have been focused on addressing these discussions and bets. In a more focused way, it has also been tried to approach the subject with the approach to the Peasant Reserve Zones (hereinafter ZRC), as a particular form of tenure and political organization of rural land, recognized by national legislation and which has been championed by its leaders as a way to confront and transform the structural causes of the armed conflict in the country. It is based on the above, that the present work makes an approximation to the figure of the ZRC located in the municipality of Cabrera, Cundinamarca, to know the particular situation of this figure and the challenges and threats that he faces that, raised as territorial disputes with a diversity of actors and rights involved, allow to unveil the points on which to propose territorial peace strategies.
