Plan de negocio para la gestión de domicilios de los restaurantes en la ciudad Bogotá

Abstract

This document contains the business plan for the creation of a company, structured mainly in a software system, developed with the aim of being implemented in the process of managing addresses for restaurants in Bogotá; the system proposed arises from the current need to reactivate and innovate in the services sector and home products of the gastronomic sector, which was affected by the contingency generated by "COVID-19" and the social distancing that it brought with it. Through a friendly and intuitive system, both restaurants and customers can establish a direct contact to specify and request services, thus allowing a better order and greater agility in the domiciliary process, thanks to the use of the Software as a Service model.
