Resumen
For decades we have shown a marked concern for introducing Human Rights in school. Thus, the educational policy has been in charge of this task by making these themes present in the educational levels, and in general, in the school dynamics. With the aim, of promoting its dissemination and circulation of Human Rights. The objective of this proposal is to analyze, mainly, two documents that aim to guide the processes of Human Rights education from school: the first one, comes from the United Nations, and the office of the High Commissioner for the Defense of Human Rights conceived as an international document: World Program for Human Rights Education (2006); and the other one, is the National Plan for the Education on Human Rights (2009) PLANEDH, in Colombia. The importance of analyzing these documents, is to understand which, comparatively, is the idea of Human Rights that is promoted from these documents, to find the justification for the teaching of Human Rights, what practices propose the teaching of Human Rights, what would be its effects and analyze which part of Human Rights is implemented to school.
