Caracterización teórica y su relación en la implementación de herramientas Lean Manufacturing en procesos de manufactura

Abstract

In the present document, a contrast is made between the theoretical characterization and the implementation of these tools in real cases, in order to identify the existing relationship. According to this, the methodology of the research is shown, they are divided into five stages, the first one focuses on the construction of the state of the art and the selection of tools to deepen, which were the visual management, VMS, five eses, TPM, SMED. Kanban and poka yoke. In the second phase, the characteristics of each tool are extracted, for the third stage, the methodologies of implementation of documented cases against the theoretical characterization are compiled and compared. In the fourth stage, a survey is developed that allows to have an additional vision of each tool. In the last phase, to complete the contrast between the different sources of information. Finally, the conclusions of the research carried out are presented.
