Propuesta de plan de acción para la restauración, prevención de incendios y valoración económica ambiental: estudio de caso de la afectación vereda Pueblo Viejo (Cucunubá, Cundinamarca)

Abstract

This investigation paperwork had as goal to propose an action plan for the restoration, fire prevention and the environment economical valuation, out of the study of the case of the forest fire occurred in the 8,42 hectares on the Pueblo Viejo village back in October of 2020, by which it was able to typify the eco-systemic services and their kind of affected value by performing a visit on the field and a forest inventory which was made to a plantation as a reference of the specie Eucalyptus globulus.In order to stimulate the environment economical valuation of the damages caused by the forest fire, the costs were calculated associated to every single kind of affectation of the eco-systemic services, according to the next kinds of affected values: the direct value use by using the prices of the wood market and changes to the productivity along with the cattle industry the in-direct value use was stablished under the estimation of the CO2 capture and the support and the hydric regulation and finally the value of NON-use was stablished by the value of the restoration activities in the municipality. Taking into account the aforementioned information the total economic value because of the forest fire in the Pueblo Viejo village was estimated around $1.680.821.885The action plan was proposed out of the application of surveys among the population of the zone and the owners of the affected lands; as well as the interviews of the context and the actors involved in the prevention, emergencies attention and the risk gesture of the municipality of Cucunubá. By getting the information and by the incorporation of an analytic – observational method by employing the use of tools such as: DOFA matrix the main problematics were related with the continuance of the forest fires which by the way afterwards were prioritized in six critical problems with the application of the Vester matrix which allowed to formulate the programs and projects which conform the action plan for the restoration and prevention of the fires on the Pueblo Viejo village.
