Gimnasio adaptado para personas con discapacidad "ADAPTA GYM".

Abstract

Currently there are more than 160,000 registered gyms and Colombia has 1,500 of them; however, there is no evidence of services that promote healthy living for people with disabilities. That is why the purpose of entrepreneurship as a degree modality is to design a business plan for the fitness and healthy style center (Adapta GYM). Personalized training services for learning and development of sports skills, allowing to create a responsible consumption experience from the integration and communication spaces, meet the needs and expectations of the potential customer by implementing a physical space with the necessary conditions for disability. Therefore, the document presented here allows the reader to project the business plan mapping the experiences of potential customers, portfolio of services and a sustainable management model. This with the aim of not only benefiting people with disabilities, but with a development to generate employment and an impact on the sports community.
