Abstract

The products that are assembled in the plant are composed of parts that are mostly manufactured in the different areas, some of these are: raw material reception area, machining, stamping and finishing products warehouse; In each of the areas quality inspections are generated to the parts, including the finished product, the uncertainty is being generated because there is no certainty of the period of useful life and the most frequent failures that the product is faced already in operation (installed in the vehicle under real working conditions). That is why the initiative to develop this project arises, which will allow the company to take real values ​​of the variables in question, and from this to be able to promote improvement plans for the manufacturing areas and finally guarantee the service time that the company will have. product. This initiative goes hand in hand with the ideology of the company to continuously improve and go one step ahead of the competition.
