Abstract

INP Ltda. Deporte Virtual, in the search for continuous improvement that characterizes them, wants to continue systematizing the processes that are carried out within the planning and virtual, technical and operational development of one of its most important projects, such as the National Intercollegiate Games in all its phases. To this end, it is proposed to develop a process manual containing procedures, functions, policies, rules, regulations and everything related to the management and development of this event. In this internship modality, the intern will be supporting the National Intercollegiate Games, both in the 2021 national final held in the coffee region from April 25 to May 15 of 2022, and in the development of all its phases in the 2022 edition; from the municipal phase to the 2022 national final. From the role of the intern, it will be possible to see closely all the development of the event, and thus, identify the processes and procedures necessary for the effective development of the Intercollegiate Games, extracting the necessary information and experience to meet the objectives of this internship. It is expected to support the company by proposing a concise and beneficial manual, providing a system of processes to minimize failure and maximize effectiveness when organizing and supporting events of such magnitude. During the development of this document, we will find the specific schedule with the tasks performed during the internship, putting in context each one of them, exposing their results and making known the conclusions and recommendations to the company.
