Abstract

This document is the result of fortnightly reports and monitoring carried out during the course of the internship and whose purpose was to collect information to support the construction of the business plan through a financial tool. Participation in consultancies and conferences was obtained to determine the context, the legal framework of the project and the estimated operational capacity. Additionally, quotes were made with different suppliers and experts, who can contribute to the consolidation of data for the formulation of the business idea that the company intends in the future. Subsequently, the needs of the company were prioritized and according to the information collected, the possible products to be considered and the costs associated with the production process for the formulation of the exercise were delimited, as well as their respective sales price and some market dynamics to be considered. national and international level. In short, the purpose of the internship is focused on the formulation of a financial tool that aims to integrate the information collected in two scenarios: the first of them establishes the minimum production capacity that the project must obtain in order not to incur losses; and the second is the estimated utility proposal of the project.
