Resumen
This research aims to describe the most relevant mediator factors of food consumption in Bogota, assuming them as strategic determinants for the management of food sustainability. To this end, the research develops a mixed study of concurrent triangulation based on a transdisciplinary theoretical perspective, which nourishes from nonparametric primary statistical analyses and emerging theoretical-documentary comparisons from secondary sources. Through their joint categorization and theming, three conceptual sequences emerge that shape their findings: between competitiveness, inequality and systemic sustainability, it identifies, characterizes and correlates an important number of mediating factors that associate consumption with sustainability in different directions and dimensions.
