Revisión y actualización a bases de datos de los predios del aeropuerto el Edén Armenia - Quindío pertenecientes a la aeronáutica civil

Abstract

Civil Aeronautics, among its many functions, is responsible for managing the properties acquired for the construction of infrastructure or real estate suitable for aeronautical and airport activities in Colombia. For this reason, it has the obligation and responsibility to keep this information organized and updated according to the geographic information presentation standards established by IGAC. Therefore, there is a need to update and/or create the databases and information on properties already acquired by Civil Aeronautics, in order to verify their validity or accuracy, as their status is unknown due to their age. Additionally, considering the changes in the cartographic presentation standards made by IGAC in 2020, it is also necessary to update the cartographic projection to the unique national coordinate system. This document presents a detailed analysis of the cadastral and physical information of the properties belonging to Civil Aeronautics at El Edén Airport. The main objective is to verify the consistency between the legal information (public deeds) and the physical information (plans, topographic surveys) of each property, in order to identify possible discrepancies and propose solutions. Through a rigorous methodology involving data collection, analysis with specialized software, and comparison with technical standards, it has been possible to identify and quantify the existing differences between legal and physical information. The results obtained are of great relevance for updating the cadastral database of Civil Aeronautics and for future decision-making related to the management of these properties.
