Abstract

The main functions performed by the intern in the demolition, maintenance and sometimes road rehabilitation done in the town of Kennedy were, making monthly progress reports of work delivered to the Local Mayor of Kennedy, support in the technical area in the collection of records of neighborhood of beginning and end of work, annotations in Logbook, inspection of materials (quality, storage in the fronts of work), verification of technical aspects such as laboratory tests, supervision, verification of compliance with the regulations applicable to the project, notification of eventualities to the work resident. One of the main contributions made by the intern was a proposal for improvement and internal control of the consortium to give order to some processes. Specifically, we worked on a diagnosis of the processes and procedures that have been implemented in the internal control that have been developed by the consortium in order to group the results obtained and determine compliance with the parameters established for each factor in which they have had flaws and give them a possible solution. The main activities that the intern supervised were, placement of PMT's, excavation, maintenance or if necessary the rehabilitation of the roads, repair of public utilities networks and construction, process of compaction and laboratory tests, melting and stamping of ramps and / or platforms affected by the execution of the signaling work, safety aspects for the worker and pedestrian; Making progress reports of the works and also compliance with the administrative area.
