Propuesta De Mejoramiento Por Medio De La Metodología 5s Para La Identificación De Mudas En El Área De Producción De Obleas San Antonio Ubicada En El Municipio De Soacha

Abstract

The company Obleas San Antonio, has a number of drawbacks in the production area by the lack of organization at the facility, which has created the tools and equipment used in the manufacturing process elements are confused and misled, is located the place cluttered work and full of different elements, that not even involved in the production process, creating losses of time, space, among others. Since the methodology of 5S, not only seeks to maintain a workplace in order and clean, but also to detect anomalies in the work area, in order to reduce the loss of time by having to search for items, as materials or tools, It is proposed for this project, apply this methodology to identify mudas present in the production area Obleas San Antonio, showing what would be the improvement in the production process, 5s to implement while, encouraging staff to not resist change that is required, which will benefit both the worker to work in a cleaner place, safe, comfortable and clean; and the company with increased productivity.
