Apoyo técnico y administrativo al Grupo Interno de Trabajo Centro de Alto Rendimiento del Ministerio del Deporte de Colombia

Abstract

This report is the result of an intervention carried out by the author, as part of the culmination of her undergraduate academic process, under the modality of internship, which was carried out in the Internal Work Group of the High Performance Center of the Ministry of Sport under agreement with the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas and the professional career of Sports Administration. The objective of this intervention is to strengthen the administrative processes in relation to the sports scenarios in the GIT of the High Performance Center, favoring all high-achieving athletes and the community in general, in order to enhance national sport and its possibility of recognition in the global sphere. In this way, the necessary technical and administrative support was provided to improve the services provided by the CAR, through a methodology of continuous improvement, which establishes a series of phases, characteristic of the PHVA Cycle, which allowed to diagnose, analyze and evaluate the reality of the scenarios, thus reaching a series of clear proposals for optimization and effectiveness of use and maintenance of the sports scenarios.
