The work is based on the conjuncture that has been estimated high demand due to the season that is about the month of the children, who are the main target of this line. Thus, the line must be adjusted to this demand, increasing its productivity, improving the methods of the processes; Using tools like the 7 seedlings, 5s. This will mitigate the non-fulfillment of orders, taking the product to the final customer with quality and good flow. In this line of thinking, a new development of the process is proposed.

el trabajo se asienta sobre la coyuntura que Para el producto bombón chocolate grajeas, se ha estimado una alta demanda debido a la temporada que se acerca del mes de los niños, que son el target principal de esta línea. Así las cosas, se debe ajustar la línea a esta demanda, aumentando su productividad, mejorando los métodos de los procesos; Utilizando herramientas como los 7 mudas, 5s. Así, se mitigara el incumplimiento de los pedidos, llevando el producto al cliente final con calidad y buen flujo. En este orden de ideas, se propone un nuevo desarrollo del proceso.
