Resumen
This study shows the work done in the CORPOCHIVOR Jurisdiction, where an analysis of structure, composition and diversity was developed to characterize reference ecosystems in six municipalities, finding that the recovery potential of the forest function is low to facilitate succession processes due to the absence of natural coverage, low species diversity and little structure. Tests of sexual and asexual propagation of the most representative native species were conducted in the study area, where it is concluded that the species that showed the best results in the sexual reproduction tests were Citharexylum sulcatum (Totumo de páramo), Tecoma stans (Chicalá ), Xylosma spiculifera (Corono), Duranta mutisii (Hawthorn hawthorn) and Viburnum triphyllum (Garrocho) with germination percentages between 50-90%. Finally, a descriptive sheet of the morphology of the seed and of the seedling of each one of the species worked was elaborated.
