Modernización del sistema de control y automatización en máquina de embutidos Poly-Clip

Abstract

With the development of this document, and as a degree modality, I wanted to share with you this beautiful development process of my learning stage as an intern. This was developed in the city of Bogotá at the facilities of ATELCRO SAS, the company in charge of the supervision, control and development of the internship stage, in addition to this, the execution of the improvement project as an essential requirement for this document. This project mainly requires the execution of a series of objectives for the development of the improvement project, following the recommendations of the tutor and evaluator assigned by the company and the university as a development agreement between the parties, who contributed to make this project go ahead, and at the same time train people capable of solving and contributing acquired knowledge, in each industrial process present, thanks to this process, from its start stage, in its execution it was adopted as a project that meets the necessary requirements for the development of complementary activities of the day to day in the company, and to be able to start the execution of the improvement project. In all industrial processes, automation and control play a fundamental role in the development of these procedures, capable of solving increasingly efficient production needs, improving their production time, and controlling their variables that each process has in its execution stage. Mainly, a solution was given to a problem previously established in the production process of the sausage machine (food area), given that it did not have the necessary elements for its optimal operation, an update was needed in some of its components, such as its control panel in its electrical part, where the addition of an HMI screen is made among other essential components for the development of the machine update, modifications were also made in its electrical part and the wired logic, in addition to this, electrical plans, wiring, equipment distribution were updated, the respective stamping tests, programming and the necessary documentation for the delivery of said project to the client were carried out. A series of previous requirements are adopted in order to intervene in said process, without affecting the company's production, since it has another backup machine, (Sausage Maker -POLY-CLIP) therefore it does not interrupt the development of the activities established in the food company, with this I mean that we can start accordingly fulfilling the objectives of this project, given that the delivery time of this project was given by the intervention of the mechanical maintenance process, which was developed alongside the development of the improvement project, contributing and acquiring knowledge that will be of great help for future projects, to then implement them in the work world, and in addition to this use them, as experience acquired during the elaboration and execution not only of this project, but also the other project interventions that were implemented, over time during the execution of the internship and taking into account the industrial automation processes.
