Abstract

Work Validation and Updating Specific Processes Integrated Management District University System Francisco Jose de Caldas was held jointly and under the supervision of SIGUD Team Advisory Office of Planning and Control at the University in order to perform updating and fit the Integrated Management System The project was divided into four stages, the first will be able to standardize and validate the procedures of Use and Management of Institutional billboards and Procedure Management Academic Monitors. The second was to create and validate with promoters and managers Process Document Management and Management cite the resumes of three and five indicators respectively, in order to measure the fulfillment of the objectives of each of these in terms of efficiency, efficacy and effectiveness. Construction of Risk Map Process Document Management and Management cite was the third part, in which four were identified and Seven Quality Risk respectively, whether any operational, compliance, image, Strategic, Financial, Technology corruption or affecting in any way the objective m of each of the processes. It is worth mentioning that although the University has an Integrated Management System, it is important that year after year are performed such projects Update and fit, paragraph thus have Diagnostic Tools Processes and be able to control and takes Effective Decisions.
