Optimización del proceso de fraccionamiento de alambre galvanizado en la planta PROALCO S.A.S Sibate-Cundinamarca

Abstract

The cutting and mooring of galvanized steel rolls in a vital part of the process for later handling, storage and distribution because it facilitates such processes for this reason must be a reliable and fast process, the speed with which the rolls are split and tied is a process of variable times that depend largely on the characteristics and specifications of the material and the capacity of the operator but still it is necessary to look for the standardization of times that have, in addition to the permanent search for the improvement of the process with the objective of increase production and improve the conditions in which the operator works, on the other hand despite the fact that the method of fractionation, cutting and mooring is already studied by the PROALCO company, it is necessary that it be carefully reviewed in order to seek improvements in the same through the reduction of times, in this case with the SMED technique it is sought to make said batch time reductions, not s only in the execution of the operation but mainly in the preparation of the same and the change of lot.
