In Colombia, care for early childhood children evolves in a positive way due to the interest of governments in offering new life, health and education expectations, strengthening learning environments and diligence in all the processes that have to do with this. population. It is important to highlight that all government efforts to improve the living conditions of children have served to attract other entities, both public and private, with the sole purpose of giving them the importance and recognition that children have in the formation of the new citizens of an increasingly changing world. In this sense, the significant changes in educational institutions are reflected in the way in which spaces are adequate to make them truly welcoming, providing comfort and meaningful experiences in daily activities in the school environment. Due to the above, this degree project proposes to further empower early childhood within the institutional organization and, above all, wants their suggestions and concerns to be taken into account as part of the effectiveness of Directive Management at the Colegio Cofraternidad de San Fernando. . In this way, the integral formation of boys and girls is visualized according to the enriched environments offered by the institution, linked to human quality and the commitment of the teachers and directors of the institution; as well as the experiences and business projection that have a direct impact on the school environment, together with the constant efforts to meet the goals established since the beginning of the year. Of course, it should be noted that the presence of managers in early childhood is part of the agreement and assertiveness both in the relationship and in the communication that must be increasingly implemented in the institution, which generates spaces for dialogue and exchange of opinions that will benefit all members of the educational community
