Diagnóstico y plan de intervención de la infraestructura tecnológica del cuarto de telecomunicaciones (Tr) de la red de datos de la sede calle 40-Sabio Caldas y Luis A Copete de la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas.

Abstract

The adequate maintenance and updating of the technological infrastructure of the telecommunications rooms (TR) of the data network at the Calle 40-Sabio Caldas and Luis A Copete headquarters of the Francisco José de Caldas District University, can improve the services it provides. Due to the time of use and other conditions, the equipment and facilities have been deteriorating, in addition some of these equipment are obsolete or simply do not meet the needs of the headquarters and current regulations. This causes poor service. That is why it was proposed to diagnose and generate an intervention plan for the technological infrastructure of the UDNet TRs of the Calle 40-Sabio Caldas and Luis A Copete headquarters of the Francisco José de Caldas District University. For this, the different problems existing in the TRs of each headquarters building were observed, data collection and proceed with the correction approved by the UDNet data network. When executing this project, the different information maps on the technological infrastructure of the TRs were obtained and also the necessary information was collected to perform the different diagnoses of each TR This project was developed in internship mode, and was executed at the aforementioned headquarters of the University. The entity provided the necessary training to carry out this project correctly, and it was carried out during flexible hours.
