| dc.description | La imagen contiene una noticia sobre las Circulares del año (1837), dictadas en La República de la Nueva Granada, Secretaria del Interior y Relaciones Exteriores, en las que se estipulan ciertos lineamientos relacionados con el Poder Ejecutivo, estas circulares surgen a pesar de las definiciones claras realizadas en lo que dispone el Decreto de 5 de enero. Adicional se mencionan ciertas disposiciones sobre los presidiarios, como la prohibición en cuanto al uso de prendas que no corresponden al uniforme de dicho presidio. Finalmente se menciona que dichas circulares deberán ser cumplidas en su totalidad, de modo tal que cualquier incumplimiento puede ser considerado un abuso que no puede ser tolerado. | dc.description.abstract | The image contains news about the Circulars of the year (1837), issued in the Republic of New Granada, Secretary of the Interior and Foreign Relations, in which certain guidelines related to the Executive Branch are stipulated, these circulars arise despite the clear definitions made in what is provided in the Decree of January 5. Additionally, certain provisions regarding prisoners are mentioned, such as the prohibition on the use of clothing that does not correspond to the uniform of said prison. Finally, it is mentioned that these circulars must be complied with in their entirety, so that any non-compliance can be considered an abuse that cannot be tolerated.
