Abstract

The image contains news about the Circulars of the year (1837), issued in the Republic of New Granada, Secretary of the Interior and Foreign Relations, in which certain guidelines related to the Executive Branch are stipulated, these circulars arise despite the clear definitions made in what is provided in the Decree of January 5. Additionally, certain provisions regarding prisoners are mentioned, such as the prohibition on the use of clothing that does not correspond to the uniform of said prison. Finally, it is mentioned that these circulars must be complied with in their entirety, so that any non-compliance can be considered an abuse that cannot be tolerated.
