Resumen
The Agustín Codazzi Geographic Institute - IGAC, as an entity of the national order responsible for producing the official map and basic cartography of Colombia, to meet the objectives of the mission processes, must schedule commissions to the workers to carry out field work, an activity that it has been done in a traditional way without officialized or socialized safety protocols, which prevent the occurrence of occupational accidents and the appearance of diseases due to exposure to hazardous conditions. Article 2.2.4.6.3 of Decree 1072 of 2015, states as an object of occupational safety and health, improve conditions and the working environment, as well as health in this environment for the promotion and maintenance of physical well-being, mental and social workers in all occupations. The accident data and the regulatory obligation justified the development of the project that filled the need of the entity to have a diagnosis that would allow it to prioritize the improvement actions, seeking to optimize the working conditions of the public servants who should carry out their work in field and mitigate labor risks due to activities carried out in rural areas.
