Aplicación de herramientas Lean manufacturing en Sauto Andina S.A.S

Abstract

The purpose of this work is to generate an implementation proposal under the Lean Manufacturing methodology, based on the study of the operations required for the manufacture of doors at Sauto Andina SAS. Interest in this methodology arises from the identification of various shortcomings that can be mitigated through the implementation of the tools that compose it, therefore, a diagnosis will be made by which the critical points that must be intervened will be identified. Having identified these shortcomings, the tools to be implemented are chosen, taking into account those that are adapted to the needs of the operation. Finally, a specific proposal will be formulated for the implementation of each tool, focused on improving the production processes for the manufacture of doors at Sauto Andina S.A.S.
