Estado de Arte Sobre Resiliencia en Niños Menores de Doce Años en Colombia, 2000-2015.

Abstract

This research report gives account of the results of documentary research "State of the Art on resilience in children under twelve years in Colombia 2000-2015" whose purpose was to establish the state of knowledge on resilience in children less than twelve years in the last fifteen years in Colombia. The study was directed from a search databases on domestic production around the selected topic. The systematization and classification of information collection was to organize into: The research areas in which the concept of resilience is identified, the authors, the notion of protective factors, risk and vulnerability, in addition to its application in the Colombian context. Among the findings tracing the concept of resilience it is highlighted with new contributions from the national field in which the sociopolitical definition of it is identified, finding the main contexts of interest in research such as poverty, abandonment and displacement.
