Abstract

This project presents the creation of a civil works consultancy, management and design company, using a business plan, to achieve this it is necessary to use several interdisciplinary concepts, which will allow to cement the appropriate criteria for the success of the organization being seen. The company will have an impact on three subsectors of construction, infrastructure on the roads, taking advantage of the modernization of the country in terms of land transport, as well as the construction of buildings that has always been present and the construction of energy parks or fields with the use of clean energy. To carry out the project it is important as a pillar the use of market analysis, so that the organization's formation can be generated, where in addition, the project engineering, administrative and financial aspects of the project must be considered in a methodological way, so that the characterization of the business plan ready for implementation is issued.
