Propuesta para el desarrollo de un entorno de aprendizaje e-learning en Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad conforme a la NTC - ISO9001:2015, en el marco de un proyecto de investigación institucionalizado

Abstract

The research activities that frame this project are generated from the development of the second phase of the research macroproject entitled "Design, implementation and measurement of results of a learning strategy in Quality Management Systems based on NTC-ISO9001: 2015 in a group of small companies in Bogotá city”, which in its first phase, was able to characterize the state of quality management in sixteen small companies that participated in the research and design a learning strategy focused on their needs within the framework of the NTC-ISO9001: 2015 in accordance with the above, this project was developed as a degree option in order to aspire to the title of Production Engineering, and its objective was to develop a plan of activities geared at building an e-learning resource in quality management research for small entrepreneurs, linking new learning trends , virtual environments assessment and business training.
