Abstract

In recent decades, it has been important to alleviate poverty and promote a healthy environment. That is why governments have taken measures to meet basic needs that are not met, including basic services such as access to water and its correct disposal after having been served, in order to avoid future damage to health And the atmosphere. For this reason is crucial that the systems that drain the waste water are in line with the demand of the community. This project was developed in the San Francisco de Sales (Cundinamarca) municipality. Where an assessment was made to the existing sewer system and in the same way to determine the status of the same and diagnose possible improvements. For this, a meticulous inspection of the sewage system infrastructure was carried out, a community survey was carried out to ascertain the perception of the service provided, and the information collected was compared with the current regulations on sewage networks
