Influencia de la narcocultura en los jóvenes dentro del entorno escolar

Abstract

Narcoculture in Colombia has had a profound impact on communication and the construction of social imaginaries. This creative work arose from a personal experience that highlighted young people's interest in television productions such as Pablo Escobar and Las muñecas de la mafia. These narratives, consumed from an early age, have contributed to forming idealized and fanciful visions of the drug trafficker's life. In response to this phenomenon, the creation of a hybrid audiovisual product is proposed to analyze how young people perceive narconovelas and how they influence their behaviors and aspirations. The project seeks to generate reflection on the normalization of violence in the country and the way fictional productions contribute to perpetuating certain patterns of behavior. Recognizing our actions in response to the messages we consume thus becomes the first step toward transforming these imaginaries.
