Resumen
Environmental education affects cultural transformations required to move towards sustainable development societies, where management from the network approach allows us to explore in different contexts what the handling is being given to the work of environmental education. This document seek to do a preliminary analysis in some institutions with environmental education networks in the city of Bogotá Capital District, in order to recognize its structure and functioning to outline the work that is being developed at the level of environmental education network. For this an instrument that allowed outline the networks under study was built, allowing recognize in its common characteristics that provided the ability to identify relevant criteria in its structure and operation such as networks Environmental education in the Capital District work so autonomous and independent, and also host the parameters established by current public policies; social actors are agents who decide to work by conviction and vocation for a common objective aimed at the defense of territory, conceived environmental education from comprehensive visions of education and approach to elements of complexity of the environment, which are also referred both national policy, as district environmental education, the social dimension is involved in environmental and their differences may occur more in relation to the methodological and strategic organization of participation apply. At the level of its operating structures, the matrix applied provides elements for planning and decision making at the time of networking, as clear objectives and its main shortcomings are evident, what with leads to provide and question the role of actor in the exercise of the network and therefore the ability to transform the dynamics of the territory.
