Abstract

Environmental management and globalization in the current context of sustainable development have had a significant impact on the commercial and industrial sector that has given rise to new markets. The organization R&R Knowledge, Engineering & Lab SAS as a consultant provides support to companies for the optimization of processes and compliance with regulations, provides comprehensive and professional solutions in water resources management, solid waste management, basic sanitation and knowledge management. To support the development of projects and consulting processes in the solid waste area of the company KELAB S.A.S, activities were carried out such as the review of bids to verify the possible participation of the firm through SECOP I and SECOP II platforms; the gathering of information on the actors involved for the Cloud project in the waste area, such as generators, collectors, transporters and companies that carry out the final disposal of waste. This in order to consolidate a national database and thus connect potential waste-generating clients in real time to commercialize and collect them; In addition, strategic allies were sought in the area of solid waste transportation to manage joint actions and participate in bidding processes.
