Diseño e implementación de un Sistema de Gestión de Calidad, para dar cumplimiento a la NTC 2094 en la Empresa Colchones Jeimy

Abstract

Looking for the optimization of internal processes and overall customer satisfaction many companies want to add value to their business , taking actions that allow them to excel over their competition ; the most efficient way to achieve this is by implementing a quality management system and seeking certification thereof, which will guarantee the unique quality of its processes, products and / or services, and facilitate the expected customer satisfaction . This project deals with the implementation of a quality management system based on the standard 2094 ICONTEC manufacture of domestic appliances mattresses and cushions, in the company " Colchones Jeimy " exposing other rules and resolutions should be taken into and it has proposed a series of steps and guidelines to follow to achieve certification organization by the ICONTEC in that standard.
