Modelo para el desarrollo y mejora de accesibilidad de personas ciegas sobre páginas web mediante estrategias de web semántica

Abstract

In this thesis is designed an ontological model wtih the purpose of improving the web accessibility through implementation of W3C and Norma Tecnica Colombiana NTC 5854 standards. furthermore, this model simplifies the labelling and semantic framed from content and web resources, applied to new design technologies on software development process. The ontological model is developed using web semantic tools and new web design technologies, which is conformed by four main components that described like 1) The creation of representational data schema, 2) The ontology and development tool integration, 3) The rendered or visualization of each labelled web elements and visualization of semantic metadata and 4) For later validation and transpilation. These strategies intended generate a clear schema to apply and create an accessible web site to blind users, with the goal to help to developers and web designers to make web accessibility products.
