Resumen
The education has been pierced through of civilization’s history by economical, politics and cultural system, this involves that ideals and/or pedagogical principles reply to establish by state and it economical model. For clarity about this pehomenon it realised a kind of outline about the pedagogical principles of the different landmarks of history, passing for the first societys: spartan, athenian, roman, feudal and bourgeois; the last one since the renaissance until XVII century and then XIX century’s revolution until current time. In last one is necessary characterize the colombian state model, solving the next questioning: What is a neoliberal state, under the previously characterization, wich are the principles of the colombian education. By last can link the educative politic with the mercantilist logic, we must in to analyze the rules that govern the math education, like: the general education law,the mathematics curricular guidelines and the basic standards of competence in mathematics, this in order to establish which is the relation of economic model that govern actually to Colombia in mathematics education and how does it affect and/or decide the relations and shapes of teach in classroom, for finally, produce fellows that reply and acomodate to form of system.
