Abstract

In a changing and competitive world, knowledge management is key to the success of organizations, including those focused on the development of ICT and social innovation, such as LabCIA. To support their processes, a knowledge management system was designed and implemented using a rigorous methodology that included literature review, model design, and prototype construction using the agile Scrum methodology. The validation of the prototype was carried out through surveys and analysis of results, which allowed for the identification of areas for improvement and ensured its acceptance by end users. In summary, this project enabled the development of a tailor-made knowledge management system for LabCIA, which will enable them to compete in a dynamic and demanding environment.
