Resumen
This research project seeks to analyze and develop strategic guidelines that allow involving criteria of ecological, socio-cultural and economic importance, these degrees of criticality being related to anthropic pressure that generate impacts towards the different communities that live around the brickyard, located in the town of Ciudad Bolívar in the Mochuelo sector. These guidelines will present an approach to the CNC (Critical Natural Capital), focusing on ''... the role played by environmental resources and their ecological functions, these being irreplaceable by other environmental components or other capitals.'' Gorau, 2014. Focusing on this industrial park which generates a large-scale exploitation of natural resources and presents effects of different types such as soil erosion, air pollution and subsequent problems such as noise, visual pollution and socioeconomic conflicts. These guidelines are intended to be an instrument for the construction of environmental policies not only in this case study such as the environmental mining park, but also an instrument to take into account in any project, work or activity at the national level that is based on the exploitation mining and that in turn can play an important factor for the formulation of projects focused on the protection, preservation, restoration. Adequate environmental management must be a fundamental pillar for improving the quality of life of the communities surrounding the sector and the area of influence of the El Mochuelo industrial mining park, for which the environmental aspects and impacts are determined, the environmental characterization of the area and the activity that is carried out, in addition to the formulation of environmental management plans that allow activities in this area to generate a benefit instead of complications.
