Abstract

Soccer is currently one of the most relevant sports worldwide, due to the marketing, the ease of its practice and the number of scenarios makes a large number of children want to practice it to develop skills like their favorite players, with This gives rise to the opportunity for many entrepreneurial professionals who wish to carry out company. Seeing the opportunity, the objective of this project is to design a business plan for the constitution of a football training school. As a methodology for the business plan of this project, a survey will be carried out on a population of 40 parents in the Ciudad Bolívar locality, ProtechoCasalinda neighborhood, to obtain the viability of the creation of the training soccer school, it was will analyze the competition to obtain possible factors for improvement. A positive balance is expected for the results in the analysis that will be carried out by the research method mentioned above, seeking a reception in the niche of selected market in the sector.
