Calificación de construcciones mediante la aplicación de algoritmos de inteligencia artificial empleando fotografías de fachadas.

Abstract

In this work, a methodological process was developed to identify the best Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms that allow predicting the construction's score of the properties located in UPZ 65 Arborizadora. The database used contains numeric attributes and a variable associated with the facades buildings photograph. In order to determine the latter's contribution, the results were compared with those obtained in an identical database without photographs. It is important to mention that it's necessary for this score to be updated as it serves as the basis for calculating the cadastral appraisal, and the settlement of the Unified Property Tax (IPU). This ensures that the current physical characteristics of the property are in accordance with the liquidated value for the IPU.
