Resumen
This document is based on the design and development of an augmented reality application for use on a mobile device. The application has been developed in the free software Unit and Vuforia, focused on the electromechanical maintenance area of the wastewater treatment plant phase 1 PTAR SALITRE; The purpose of the application is to reduce machine downtimes due to corrective and / or preventive maintenance within the PTAR Saltpeter. The implementation of the application is focused on the equipment identified by its priority as critical, since it´s downtimes of said equipment, generate dead times, stops in processes that affect the removal of suspended solids and BOD5 generate (biological oxygen demand), which are indicators of production at the PTAR Salitre plant.
