Abstract

The occupational health and safety system, consists of the development of a logical process of continuous improvement where it is important to develop an organization policy, planning, application, evaluation, audit and corresponding action plans to control risks that may harm the health and safety of people, for this reason a health and safety system is implemented according to the guidelines established by Decree 1072 of 2015 in the company Construcciones y Decoraciones INCOLTA SAS because the organization wants to maintain job security for all its people, better working conditions, ensure compliance with current legal regulations, reduce incidents and accidents that may arise in the company and guarantee a job in which all people are in the best health conditions.
